NO SHOW POLICY

No-shows will be charged in full. When the guest does not arrive by the scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “No Show” and the guest will be charged the full service fee using the card on file.

LATE POLICY

The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you arrive late, the length of
your session might be shorter depending on the practitioner availability. If you choose to
reschedule, a 25% administrative charge will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made with at least a 24 hours notice receive a full refund, but please let us know as soon as possible so other guests can book. If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee, as you will for a no-show.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you choose to reschedule, simply email us (patanjaliwellnesscenter@gmail.com or info@patanjaliwellness.us), or call us at 281 456 3229 with at least 24 hours notice, and we will be more than happy to help find a new date and time for you to come in. Reschedule requests within 24 hours of appointment are subjected to 25% administrative fees.

CONFIDENTIAL HEALTH INFORMATION POLICY

We value the privacy of your health information, and view the protection of our wellness guest’s privacy as an important part of your wellness care at Patanjali Wellness Center.
